Aeirtec is a biotechnology company engaged in development of a novel proteomics platform for patient diagnostic pre-screening, stratification and use in life science research.

Through their previous translational collaborations, Aeirtec became aware of the need for higher sensitivity and dynamic range in proteomic multiplexing in translationsal research. As a result, after a decade of internal development, Aeirtec have produced a novel patented proteomic technology that provides high assay sensitivty (LLOQ low femtogram/ml), higher dynamic range (5 log units), while avoiding the complications and issues associated with multiple step methodologies and fluidics in assay plate analysis. The technology currently has a capacity for 150 plex in biomarker proteomics, but will extend to >1000 plex as development progresses. The technology is fully customizable by end-users in terms of analytes .

To date, Aeirtec’s technology is being used for Aeirtec’s development of disease prescreening diagnostic kits and contribution to stratification collaborations in translational research (1). Aeirtec are positioning to launch the simple, sensitive and high dynamic range state of the art technology for public use in 2027.
